THE PROCESS
We believe that great communication is essential to a successful and stress-free wedding photography experience. To ensure that I can connect with you on a personal level and provide you with the best service possible, I have a process that emphasizes clear communication and attention to detail.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
The first step would be to schedule an initial consultation where we can discuss your wedding day details and vision. During the consultation, we can go over my portfolio, photography style, and pricing. This will help me understand your preferences and requirements and will help me suggest or adjust the best package to fit your budget and needs.

REGISTER YOUR WEDDING
To help me gather all the necessary details and ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day, I will ask you to complete a Google form. This form will collect your personal details, wedding date and venue, package selection, and any special requests or preferences you may have. Completing the form will ensure that I have all the necessary information to provide you with the best service possible.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once we have discussed the details, I will prepare a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the agreement. The contract will include the date and time of the wedding, package details, and the final pricing. Once the contract is agreed upon, I will ask for a 10 % deposit fee to secure your date. This fee will be deducted from the final payment and ensures that your wedding date is reserved for you. The rest is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION, PREPARATION, & BRIDAL SESSION (OPTIONAL)
We can schedule an engagement session to get to know each other better and discuss any specific ideas or preferences you have for your wedding day photos. I also provide preparation guidance and an optional bridal session to capture some beautiful portraits in your wedding dress before or after the wedding day.

WEDDING DAY
I will capture the details of the preparations, cover the entire day (depending on the package you have selected), and deliver the edited images to you in an online gallery. You will have access to the high-resolution digital files and be able to download and share them with your family and friends.
